The Supreme Court on Tuesday set aside the Bombay High Court's order that interdicted the trial court from examining a complaint against Devendra Fadnavis.
The apex court allowed the trial court to consider if the Chief Minister had concealed criminal cases in nomination papers filed ahead of the 2014 Assembly polls.
