Congress announces candidates for Himachal bypolls

The Congress has announced two candidates for the Himachal Pradesh Assembly by-elections.
Vijay Inder Karan will be the party candidate from Dharamsala and Gangu Ram Musafir from Pachhad which is a reserved constituency.
The bypolls were necessitated after Pachhad MLA Suresh Kumar Kashyap was elected to the Lok Sabha from Shimla and Dharamsala MLA Kishan Kapoor was elected to the Lok Sabha from Kangra.IANS
