Mayur K Barot working on comedy film, sports biopic

After "Nawabzaade", producer Mayur K. Barot is working on two projects -- a multi-starrer comedy and a sports biopic.
"Comedy is evergreen and the subject of the film is close to my heart. It will be a film for family audience. It's a 'dhamaal' script with full-on entertainment," Barot said.
On sports biopic, he said, "This particular individual has worked hard and I want to bring the sportsperson's struggles, inspirations and remarkable achievement on the big screen. I have been working on this script for long," he said.
Barot opened up about his upcoming projects while interacting with media at an event here.
His last production "Nawabzaade" was directed by Jayesh Pradhan. It featured Raghav Juyal, Punit Pathak, Dharmesh Yelande, Zakir Hussain, Vijay Raaz and Mukesh Tiwari. IANS
