Congress-DMK to form government in Puducherry

The Congress-DMK combine will form the next government in Puducherry. On Thursday, they won a majority of the seats in the 30-member assembly.

 

The two parties have won 15 seats and were leading in two constituencies, officials said.

 

The ruling All India N.R. Congress (AINRC) won eight seats and the AIADMK grabbed four. An independent candidate was also elected. - IANS
