Non-Kashmiri killed by terrorists in valley
16-October-2019
In a bid to create unrest in Jammu and Kashmir region, which is still coming out of a two-month long communication ban post abrogation of Article 370, militants on Wednesday shot down a migrant labourer from Chhattisgarh in a Pulwama village.
The non Kashmiri labourer working in a brick kiln in Kakpura village was called out by the militants and shot multiple times from a close range, police said.
This is the second killing of a non-Kashmiri worker in the valley this week. On Monday night, a driver from Rajasthan was shot dead in Shirmal village of Shopian district.
A cordon and started search operation was launched to catch the killers.
The family of the labourer is also living in Kashmir, the police said as they launched the operation in a still recovering phase of the clamp down in the valley that started just ahead of abrogation of Article 370 of the Constitution on August 6.IANS
