The AAP will launch its student wing here Saturday, a party member said, adding it will take part in elections to the Delhi University Students Union next year.
The Chhatra Yuva Sangharsh Samiti (CYSS) will strive to "change the prevailing discriminatory education system in the country", the Aam Aadmi Party said in a statement Friday.
Party chief Arvind Kejriwal will launch the student wing.
"The CYSS pledges to remove cynicism about student politics in the country and will fight to change the prevailing discriminatory education system," said the statement.
"CYSS stands committed to oppose communalism in all its forms and to fight against politics based on caste and creed," it added.
