Huawei Mate 20 X (5G) arriving in Britain next month
17-May-2019
1Chinese technology giant Huawei is set to announce its 5G phone -- the Huawei Mate 20 X in Britain that was first launched in 2018. The Mate 20 X (5G) is a variation of the original Mate 20 X.
"The main notable difference between the two, other than the fact that the new model supports 5G networks is the reduced battery capacity.
"The Mate 20 X (5G) has a 4,200mAh cell, down 800mAh from the original's 5,000 mAh battery. While that's rather disappointing, the capacity is still nothing to be ashamed of, and for the Mate 20 X (5G) there's also support for 40W fast charging (whereas the non-5G Mate 20 X gets only 22.5W)," the GSMArena reported on Thursday.
The Huawei device joins a handful of 5G-enabled handsets already coming to Britain, which include Oppo Reno, Samsung Galaxy S10 5G and the super-premium Galaxy Fold as soon as it is ready to launch again. IANS
