Home Minister of Madhya Pradesh Bala Bachchan on Sunday said the Madhya Pradesh government has no objection if the Congress MLAs, "held hostage" by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Bengaluru, want the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) protection.
However, the Madhya Pradesh Police is fully capable of protecting them, he said.
Bachchan said: "The media is reporting that the Congress MLAs held hostage in Bengaluru by the BJP will come to Bhopal only after they get the CRPF security. The Madhya Pradesh police is capable of giving protection, but if thy want more security, then they can take the CRPF security."
