RBI win 2nd edition of Bloomberg Square Mile Relay

The second edition of the 2020 Bloomberg Square Mile Relay Global Race Series took place here on Saturday with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) winning the race to be named the 'fastest firm in the city'.
Over 500 runners from Mumbai's biggest companies took part in the specially designed one mile (1.6 km) course at the Jio World Garden, BKC. The RBI team clocked one hour, three minutes and 55 seconds to win the race. Nomura finished second followed by IDFC First Bank in the third place.
The Mumbai leg of the race, which was flaged off by Maharashtra cabinet minister Aditya Thackeray, is part of a yearly event, which takes place in 12 cities across the world. The race promotes team-building and bonding amongst colleagues in a fun yet challenging environment.
The fastest mixed team award was won by Bloomberg while Nomura clinched the fastest female team award. IANS
