DMK MLA Samy dead

Former Tamil Nadu Fisheries Minister and member of Tamil Nadu Assembly K.P.P. Samy passed away on Thursday due to illness, DMK party confirmed in a condolence message. He was 57.

A member of the DMK party, Samy was elected to the Assembly from Tiruvottiyur constituency here.

DMK President M.K.Stalin condoled Samy's death.
