Two of the ex-servicemen on an indefinite hunger strike at the Jantar Mantar here to demand implementation of the 'One Rank One Pension' (OROP) scheme were hospitalised on Saturday.
They are retired Havaldar Abhilekh Singh and retired Havaldar Major Singh.
Four ex-servicemen were taken to hospital earlier, while others continue to sit on a fast-unto-death at the Jantar Mantar here.
A group of agitating veterans on Friday met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, who assured them about OROP and about meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi to get the issue resolved.
The OROP would give equal pension to servicemen retiring with the same rank regardless of when they retire. - IANS
