There was panic among passengers of a Dum-Dum-bound Kolkata Metro on Saturday as smoke was seen billowing out of an air-conditioned rake close to the Chandni Chawk station.
The passengers raised an alarm and the train was emptied at the Chandni Chawk station at 1.40 p.m, officials said.
