Wrong vote will derail Bihar: Amit Shah
20-August-2015
BJP president Amit Shah on Thursday warned that Bihar's development will be affected if people "failed to take the right decision" in the coming assembly elections.
Saying development should be the main issue in the Bihar battle, he said at a function here: "The next assembly polls should be contested on the issue of development."
He said development took place in all the states where the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was in power.
"The Bihar polls will not decide the future of the next five years. It will decide how Bihar will run in the next 15 years.
"If people failed to take the right decision, it will affect the state's development process."
Citing the progress made by BJP-ruled Rajasthan, Gujarat, Goa and Madhya Pradesh, he said: "Our government will replicate the same development here also."
He demanded to know how Chief Minister Nitish Kumar could call the BJP a communal party when he had allied with it. - IANS
