SSB jawan held for abducting two UP businessmen

A Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) trooper was arrested in Uttar Pradesh for allegedly abducting two businessmen.
Superintendent of Police Gaurav Grover said that SSB jawan Rajesh Kumar, posted at SSB Battalion in Mohanlalganj, Lucknow, was arrested on Sunday.
He, along with three others, had abducted two businessmen from a roadside eatery in Motipur on late Saturday night.
Rajesh Kumar allegedly beat up the businessmen after holding them hostage and asked them to give ransom for their release.
Later, a police team rescued the businessmen and arrested Rajesh Kumar. His three associates are absconding.
Further investigations in the case are underway.-IANS
