Last rites of 5 Kerala tourists on Friday

The last rites of the mortal remains of the Nair family, who died early this week, breathing poisonous gas in a room in a resort in Nepal will be perfomed on Friday in their home town in Kozhikode.
The bodies of the five members of the Praveen K.Nair family arrived here from Delhi on Thursday night and was received by a large number of people, including close relatives and friends.
The dead include Nair, who worked in the UAE and was on a short vacation here, when tragedy struck.
His wife Sharanya was a second year M.Pharma student and their three children also passed away along with three others, who hail from Kozhikode.
The bodies were taken to the state owned mortuary at the Medical College hospital.
On Friday morning, they will be taken in a motorcade to their home near here.
The family of Nair has decided to bury the bodies of the three children and cremate the bodies of Praveen and Sharanya, and the mortal remains will be buried in the compound of their house.-IANS
