A 51-year-old official deputed to the Defence Security Corps (DSC) allegedly shot himself inside the DRDO complex in the Civil Lines area of North Delhi, the police said on Tuesday.
Hardeep Singh, a native of Punjab, shot himself on Tuesday morning with his service rifle. However, no suicide note was found, the police said.
The DSC provides security cover to Defence installations.
