UP CM holds 'janta darbar' at Gorakhpur

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday held a 'janta darbar' here, heard the people's grievances and assured them of their resolution soon.
More than 500 people attended the CM's janta darbar, held in the premises of Gorakhnath temple here.
During the interaction, some people brought to the notice of the Chief Minister the inaction and lethargy of the government officers who ignored their complaints. Adityanath promised them to identify such officers and take them to task.
Earlier, he reached Gorakhpur on Saturday morning and offered prayers at Gorakhnath temple. He also reviewed the arrangements at the temple and gave necessary directions to the authorities.
Adityanath also spent some time at the Gaushala (cow shelter) and fed fodder to the cows.
After the end of the Janta Durbar, Adityanath came to his residence here and met the local people and party workers. Here also, he heard the people's grievances and promised to address them.
