Unidentified body found in east Delhi

An unidentified body of a man with an injury mark on his head was found in east Delhi, the police said on Saturday.
Police said a patrolling team spotted the body lying near Gazipur Sabzi Mandi on Saturday morning.
"No documents were found from his possession while the deceased has a tattoo of 'Sunny' on his arm. We are checking the CCTV footage of the area and are trying to ascertain the identity of the deceased," said a senior police officer.
A case under sections 302 (causing disappearance of evidence of offence) and 201 (causing disappearance of evidence of offence) of the Indian Penal Code has been registered. IANS
