Mamata hails ISRO for successful Chandrayaan launch

 West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday hailed the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and other scientists for the successful launch of Chandrayaan2.

"Indian scientists and ISRO, we salute you. #Chandrayaan2 Jai Hind," Banerjee tweeted.

India accomplished its second lunar mission as its 'Babubali' GSLV rocket successfully put the moon spacecraft -- Chandrayaan-2 -- into the orbit on Monday afternoon. IANS
