HC to hear Naresh Goyal's plea against LOC on July 9

A judge in the Delhi High Court on Friday recused from hearing a petition filed by Jet Airways promoter Naresh Goyal seeking to quash the Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against him.

After Justice Vibhu Bakhru recused himself, the matter will be listed before another bench on July 9.

Goyal had moved High Court seeking direction to quash the LOC issued against him. He also sought the quashing of certain office memoranda issued against him.

On May 25, Goyal and his wife Anita Goyal were stopped from leaving the country by immigration authorities at Mumbai airport. IANS
