Repolling at five booths in Bengal Thursday

 Repolling will be held Thursday at five polling stations in three Lok Sabha constituencies in West Bengal, an Election Commission official said here Wednesday.

Repolling will be conducted in one booth each under Haroa and Basirhat South assembly segments of the Basirhat parliamentary constituency.

"Two polling stations under Canning East assembly segment of Joynagar Lok Sabha seat and one under Ashoknagar assembly part in the Barasat parliamentary constituency will also see re-election," the official said.

Polling in all these booths was held May 12 during the fifth and final phase of polling in the state.- IANS
