10 suspected militants killed along AfPak border

At least 10 suspected militants were killed and 14 others injured Wednesday during a US drone strike along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, media reported.

US drones fired three missiles on a militant's compound and on some vehicles of the militant group, Dawn online reported.

During the attack, a few vehicles which belonged to the militants were also destroyed, the report said.

Media persons and journalists were barred from entering the area.

Government sources, however, could not ascertain the exact location of the attack.

According to an earlier report, at least three people were killed.- IANS
