India, Pakistan hold 'constructive' discussions on Kartarpur corridor

Officials from India and Pakistan on Thursday held "detailed and constructive" discussions on the Kartarpur corridor which will enable pilgrims from India to travel to the Sikh shrine inside Pakistan through a dedicated corridor.

"Both sides held detailed and constructive discussions on various aspects and provisions of the proposed agreement and agreed to work towards expeditiously operationalizing the Kartapur Sahib Corridor," a joint press statement issued after the meeting on Thursday said.-IANS
