Three thieves strike at Gurugram bakery shop

Three thieves burgled a prominent bakery outlet called "Samrat Bakery" here early on Monday, escaping with valuables valued at Rs 3.25 lakh.
Two of them were caught on CCTV cameras while police suspect that another waited outside the gate. The outlet owner and other staff learnt about the incident after they reached the shop on Monday morning.
A police post is situated just 50 meters away from the outlet at Sadar Bazar. This was the second major theft this winter after thieves struck at 14 commercial outlets at Khandsa Road and Old Jail Complex on January 4.
The owner of the bakery said: "The thieves entered the shop from the back side after cutting the shutter. We scanned CCTV footage and found two thieves roaming inside the shop and picking valuable items.
"They entered the shop at 2 a.m. and stayed till 3.30 a.m. During their stay, they freely roamed in the shop with a cotton bag. They put valuable items and cash from the cash box in it and fled." - IANS
