Nadim signs with PSG women's team until end of season

French Division 1 Feminine side Paris Saint-Germain on Thursday announced the arrival of the Danish forward Nadia Nadim, who joined from Manchester City through to June 30, 2019.
Nadim, 31, made her professional debut at Danish club IK Skovbakken in 2006. From January to December in 2018, the Dane appeared in 15 matches for Manchester City, scoring four goals, reports Xinhua news agency.
Nadim has been a regular in the Danish national team since 2009. She has a record of 85 caps and 29 goals, helping the team make into the final of Euro 2017.
"I'm very happy to join Paris Saint-Germain," said Nadim after penning the contract.
"Paris Saint-Germain is a huge European club with which I hope to win many titles. It's a team with a lot of ambition and a lot of talented players. I'm convinced that here I will find the perfect environment in which to shine both in France and internationally."
"She's an experienced player who will be invaluable for us given the big clashes we have coming our way in the second half of the season. Her international experience will help our squad develop even further," Bruno Cheyrou, Paris Saint-Germain women's sporting director, pointed out.-IANS
