Maoist held in Bihar

A joint team of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and the Bihar Police on Monday arrested a Maoist carrying a bounty of Rs 10 lakh on his head, said an official.
Kundan Yadav alias Brahmdev Yadav, the zonal commander of the outlawed Left-wing outfit CPI-Maoist, was held from Bihar's Gaya district on a tip-off.
"Kundan was carrying a reward of Rs 10 lakh. One motorbike, a mobile phone and Rs 25,000 in cash were also recovered from his possession," said the CRPF official.-IANS
