Lanco to build south India's largest shopping mall

Lanco Hills Friday announced the launch of the construction of the Mega Mall shopping mall here with an investment of Rs.500 crore.
Spread over three million feet, it is expected to be the largest mall in south India. It will be completed in 30 months, said a statement by Lanco Hills.
The mall will bring a completely new experience to the people of twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, it said.
Unlike most other malls in India, the Lanco Hills Mega Mall will offer the widest range of options in every sphere like shopping, movies, gaming, entertainment and dining.
The Mega Mall will have 12 screen multiplex, premium shopping options, right-out-of-a-fantasyland gaming zones, roof gardens, fine dining options, hypermarkets and multi-level parking space for 5,000 cars.
Spread over 100 acres, the project is coming up in Manikonda - the IT and financial district.
It will house shopping streets, India's largest residential clubhouse, hotels, malls and other facilities.
In July, Lanco Hills announced the launch of Domina, an elegant set of two-high rise residential towers. - IANS
