The BSF has handed over to Pakistan a Pakistani who crossed into India by mistake in the Ferozepur sector, BSF officials said on Monday.
The Pakistani, aged around 50 years, was apprehended by BSF troopers on Sunday after he inadvertently crossed the International Boundary, a Border Security Force spokesman said.
"The Pakistan Rangers were contacted today and the Pakistani national was handed over to them on humanitarian grounds," the spokesman added.
